Who we are
Lost Decks is provided by Chengdu Zhendianhuyu Co., Ltd. This policy covers information handled in the Lost Decks iOS game. For privacy questions or requests, contact wildloots@gmail.com.
Information and purposes
No game account is required. Game progress, settings and purchase-fulfillment records are stored on your device.
When optional analytics is available and you agree to it, we use Google Analytics to understand use of the game and improve tutorials, gameplay, progression and the purchase experience. Information includes an installation identifier; device and app information; approximate region; play time and sessions; tutorial and game-section activity; modes, themes, bets and results; Gold, Rank, exploration and collection progress; and purchase activity such as products, prices, currency, quantities and outcomes. Some information is recorded automatically by the analytics service. These records are not completely anonymous. Our custom gameplay events do not record screen video or upload your complete game save.
Apple and our purchasing integration use purchase-verification and fulfillment information to deliver items and prevent duplicate delivery. Purchases do not require optional analytics permission.
If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use it to answer and handle your request. A deletion request may include your app and analytics identifiers so the relevant data can be located.
Service providers
Google provides analytics and our support email service. Apple handles App Store purchases and reporting. Information is shared with these providers as needed for those purposes and may be processed outside your country. Their services are subject to applicable privacy and data-protection terms. Your choices and deletion
You can decline analytics without losing gameplay or purchases. In Settings > Privacy, you can stop analytics and prepare an analytics-data deletion request. Review and send the email to wildloots@gmail.com; opening a draft or copying its text does not send it. We may need information to verify and fulfill your request.
Stopping collection does not itself erase previously collected data. Submitted deletion requests require processing and are not instant confirmation of deletion. In this version, withdrawal cannot be reversed in the app. It does not erase game progress or purchased items.
Retention and protection
Analytics is kept according to configured retention limits; aggregate reports may be retained separately. Support information is kept while needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations, then deleted. Local game records and a protected analytics identifier used for deletion requests remain on your device separately from online analytics; sending a request does not erase them. We use safeguards appropriate to the information and require service providers receiving personal data to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements.
